I've got a 98 Savage and I recently had it shipped accross country. Before shipping I ran it out of gas and ran the reserve tank down low. It's been about a month since it's last run. Now I have it back and it won't start. I put a new sparkplug in it, fully charged the battery and added gas. The lights and horn all work, but it just won't kick over. I have tried pop starting it as well, but trying to have someone push or going downhill is usually ending up with the back tire just skidding. I've heard alot of things about problems with the petcock, but I don't know how I would check that. Can someone give me some detailed help?
